The City of Grenada issues Requests for Proposals (RFPs) as invitations for developers, investors, and community partners to collaborate on projects within key City areas. Projects must align with the City's adopted master plans, and demonstrate community benefit, financial feasibility, and consistency with the City’s long-term vision.
