The City Clerk is responsible for various administrative and clerical support for the Mayor, City Council, and the public. The City Clerk prepares the regular council meeting agenda and is responsible for distributing all ordinances, resolutions and other council business information to all members of the council. The office is also responsible for keeping all city records, record the official actions of the City Council and assist with municipal elections.
